Trouble Shooting Guide

Problem Resolution

No Water

Movement

• Verify unit is plugged in to live wall outlet.

• Verify motor is plugged into black control box.

• Verify cable between button and jets control box is plugged in.

• Verify the wires to the button are not damaged.

• Verify the impeller is in place (remove clean touch assembly).

• Verify clean touch assembly is properly attached to the basin.

• Verify black sensor underneath the basin is plugged in.

Water Not

Draining

• Verify pop-it / plunger is opening (or opening enough)

• Verify unit is plugged in to live wall outlet.

• Verify that the power plug is connected to the PDP control box.

• Verify cable between button and PDP control box is plugged in.

Basin is not rising

/ lowering

• Verify unit is plugged in to a live wall outlet.

• Verify cable from button to actuator control box is plugged in.

• Verify basin lift actuator is plugged into the actuator control box.

• Verify control box is plugged into the power strip on the spa.

Chair tilt and

slide not working

• Verify unit is plugged in to a live wall outlet.

• Verify remote control is plugged into the actuator control box.

• Verify actuators are plugged into the actuator control box.

• Verify control box is plugged into the power strip on the spa.

Chair Massage is

not working

• Verify remote control is plugged in.

• Verify wires are connected on the back or inside the back of the

chair.

Basin Losing

Water

• Inspect drain plunger for tears in rubber gasket.

• Verify drain plunger height is correct.

• Verify drain strainer is inserted properly over the hex bolt.

• Verify bolt below plunger is tight (do not over tighten).

Water not

working or

pressure is low

• Multiple spas or other salon equipment on at the same time may

reduce water temperature or pressure.

• Verify external water supply valves are on.

• Unscrew the sprayer head from its hose and verify screen is clear.
